The diversity of breakfast in Lahore ranges from the best desi stuff to the best western stuff. Though I love waffles too but pancakes are the hot thing for us as just one month of winter remains and you simply do not want to miss out on some of the most amazing places that serves pancakes which are to die for.

Masoom’s Pancake Lounge

Located in DHA Phase 4, it makes a great breakfast spot if you live somewhere close by and more importantly, it tastes amazing. My favorite is the Banoffee pancake which comes with a subtly sweet touch but you can always go for something that suits your taste better. Now I won’t say it’s extremely reasonable because it’s not but lets be honest, nobody wants fancy breakfast everyday and plus, a good fancy breakfast once in a while never hurts and if services are good, every penny is worth it. This place satisfies big time.

Coffee and Tea Company

Located on Kasuri Road amid a thorough shopping spot, it makes a great place to start off your holiday if you’re planning to shop through it. Also it’s midway to so many places, you can always plan a breakfast here. As for the food, the pancakes are really good, nice and fluffy. And apart from them you also get some really good coffee and a wide range of omelets. Also letting you know to not only limit this place to breakfasts because the soups and steaks are to die for, but more on this later. So being straight, it’s a bit pricey, but end of the day, you will end up loving it!

The Urban Cafe Yoglicious

So it doesn’t serve the typical breakfast pancakes but instead it has this amazing dessert menu of pancakes topped with nutella, hot toffees and much more. If this happens to be cheat day then don’t think twice about carbs and eat away, it’s always good to be satisfied and it’s even better when the place itself is this good. The cafe is averagely priced so you’re up for it on accidental plans and that’s probably the best part.

The Pantry by the Polo Lounge

Located in Mall One in Gulberg, it’s pretty easy to get to and its recent opening in Packages Mall makes it a stronger option, though one wouldn’t go to malls for breakfasts (on normal days) but it’s pancakes menu which includes the Blueberry pancakes (my favorite) are not only the breakfast ones, I mean pancakes are just as good as an afternoon snack with tea or coffee and theres plenty of that at The Pantry.
