We’ve all been through the tight schedules when it comes to fixing a quick meal and you desperately want to find a place where you get free quick, like literally 20 min in and out. Although timing can deviate from one dish to another but some places out there really have a reputation of serving fast. So we decided to highlight them today and help you make decisions faster. Might I also add that if you’re looking for good desi food that includes karahi etc, you can’t get that fast unless it isn’t fresh. So moving on to the list that serves good food super fast.
Karachi Red Rock
Located near MM Alam road in the basement of a plaza, this place has turned out to be a spot for many young guns especially those who are looking to get food real fast. Though they literally take 10 min to serve but the food is beyond amazing. They serve these really good parathas with fillings and a very flavourful biryani and the prices are really good too. I absolutely love the place though the seating environment isn’t very overwhelming so you might want to order from foodpanda.

What a Paratha
With multiple branches all over Lahore, this place is known for a wide variety of Parathas of all sorts. Cheese parathas, chicken parathas, cinnamon parathas…. You name it!! I wouldn’t say it’s inexpensive because it’s not but something I always say is that services cost and you can’t get good services for cheap prices. They don’t always offer seatings so this too, you can order it from food panda or if you plan to get done even faster or happen to be enroute, you can always stop by and have your Paratha prepared in like 10 min. You will love the taste, so here’s an option so won’t regret.

Subway
Yes, any branch you go to, Subway is fast food in real sense. You get to choose your own bread, your own fillings, your own sauces and then all there’s left to do is get it warmed. As simple as that. Unless there’s an exceptionally long line (which is very rare), I have always spent not more than 10 or 15 min to get my order at Subway. The prices are very competitive when related to other fast food chains and plus the foot long burgers are very filling so you don’t have to walk out half hungry.

McDonalds
McDonalds, everyone’s favourite, makes its way to our list today as one of the restaurants that serve fast and are good. Their burgers are juicy, the breakfast menu is superb and the coffee is better than most dedicated coffee houses. So you have one place to count on in need of getting fast food, real fast. The prices are absolutely amazing, almost everyone can afford a McDonslds meal.

Gourmet Grill
Located in DHA Phase 4, I kept Gourmet Grill for the last because it serves desi food and serves fast. Now desi food takes time to cook and for that we give it about 20 minutes. That’s fair enough and the food is actually good. As for the prices, this is where most of my accidental plans are fixed so you get the idea, you don’t end up spending a lot.
